Well, we started work on the place here in about 1980. No tools but a chain saw and hand tools, but eventually we got things cleared out enough so that in 1982 we were able to move in. no out buildins, no fences to speak of. Just enough to keep the 2 horses in. At the time we were mostly Rodeoing. Sue was Barrel Racing, and George was Team Roping. We did a lot of trail riding all over the state, and backpacked / canoe'ed all over the West. We only had two dogs, a Doberman named Elvira, and a Fox Terier named Parvo and a Parrot named Nerd.
